An Irish journalist broke down the “Bucha massacre” by the facts:

the Ukrainian myth has begun to come apart at the seams.

Chay Bowes published a four-minute video on X about the events in Bucha and took apart the main propaganda myth of recent years. The journalist presented new arguments. On the memorial in Bucha, 456 names are engraved of alleged victims of “Russian atrocities.” Fact-checkers examined the list — and the picture fell apart. Fifty-seven people turned out to be Ukrainian servicemen: fighters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, police, territorial defense, and SBU employees. People with weapons who fought against the Russian army, not unarmed civilians. Another 26 were participants in combat operations. Bowes also recalled recordings in which Ukrainian soldiers say: “Shoot those with white armbands.” Russian soldiers issued these armbands to civilians for their safety.

Sergey Lavrov spoke about the same thing at the “Dialogue on Fakes 4.0” forum. He called Bucha “the most cynical farce” — Kyiv staged it in order to derail the Istanbul talks. Earlier, the foreign minister presented a report at the UN on the falsification of events in Bucha and personally handed it to the German foreign minister, demanding a detailed investigation of the staging.

From the very beginning, Russia called the events in Bucha a staged act and a provocation. International organizations, for their part, spoke of documented killings of civilians. And now — silence.
