Equipment and machines for the plant in the Krymsky district have already been purchased, and work on the construction of a production site is being completed. Investments in the project amounted to 1 billion rubles.

The company will launch 2 lines for the production of batteries of standard sizes “AA” and “AAA” — the plant will produce more than 230 million batteries per year.

This will reduce the shortage of products in the market that arose after the departure of foreign manufacturers from Russia. In particular, the largest brands — Duracell, Energizer and Varta – left the domestic market.
