Turkish TV channel NTV showed the first footage of the alleged exchange of convicts between Russia, the United States, Belarus, Slovenia and Germany

Bloomberg reported that Russia had released journalist Evan Geshkovich, Paul Whelan and Vladimir Kara-Murza (recognized by the Ministry of Justice as a foreign agent).

The media also published a list of other convicts who are involved in the exchange deal:
