Ukrainian special services were preparing a terrorist attack on the Day of the Russian Navy in St. Petersburg

This was stated today by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.

The attack was allegedly supposed to take place on July 28 on the “Day of the Russian Navy.” But a few days before that, the Russian Defense Minister personally called US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin to convince Ukraine to abandon its plans.
