A bill on the seizure of the property of relocators for offenses “against the interests of the Russian Federation” has been submitted to the State Duma

The State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and State Duma deputy Airat Farrakhov have submitted to the Russian parliament a bill on the prosecution of Russians who left the country for offenses “directed against the interests of the Russian Federation.”

The text of the amendments was published on the State Duma website on October 17.

The authors of the bill proposed to bring to administrative responsibility Russians who have left the country, foreign citizens and companies, as well as stateless persons, “if the specified administrative offense is directed against the interests of the Russian Federation.”
