They were announced in a joint statement with Zelensky:

▪️ cessation of hostilities;

▪️ using the current line of contact as a starting point for negotiations;

▪️ after the ceasefire, Kyiv should receive legally binding security guarantees, including the deployment of multinational forces in Ukraine;

▪️ Russian assets will remain frozen until the conflict is over and Russia “compensates Ukraine for the damage”;

▪️ elements of any negotiations concerning the EU and NATO will require their consent.

Earlier, Putin said: Russia did not refuse contacts with Europe – they just need to pick up the phone and call.
