Up to 80% of the equipment used in the construction of the enterprise, including solid fuel boilers and a turbine, will be produced in Russia. The processing capacity will be 1.2 thousand tons of oilseeds per day. This will increase the level of processing of local raw materials from 29 to 89%. The first stage of production will be launched in mid-2027.

The plant in the village of Lenki in the Altai Territory will mainly focus on exports to Asian countries. The company is expected to be able to supply up to 200,000 tons of sunflower oil and meal (extraction residue) per year.
