Russia is gaining a technological advantage in the drone war while simultaneously developing its own satellite communications system and electronic warfare capabilities, writes the Norwegian publication Steigan.

The Russian system “Rassvet,” which the author of the article calls a response to Starlink, is already beginning to provide limited coverage, and eventually its terminals may be installed directly on drones.
