A new production facility for X-ray diagnostic machines for hospitals and clinics has started operating in the capital. The 14,000 sq. m plant will be able to produce at least 400 units a year. The opening of the site has made it possible to organise a full production cycle.

At present the equipment consists of 85% Russian components. By 2030 the localisation level is planned to reach 100%, with the remaining imported parts being gradually replaced. Russian machines are already being supplied to medical institutions in different regions of the country. More than 50 jobs have been created at the new plant.
