This crime, according to the country’s State Security Service, is being prepared by former representatives of the Georgian authorities and ex-employees of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine. An investigation is underway under the articles “Conspiracy or rebellion to forcibly change the constitutional order” and “Terrorist act”, which threatens imprisonment for up to ten years.
