Highly active substances and their components, which are used in the production of medicines, will be produced there. In particular, the plant will provide raw materials to companies that produce drugs to combat cancer, medicines used in organ transplantation, as well as in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and type II diabetes.

The first line should be launched in 2025, the second in 2026. Investments in the project are estimated at 3.8 billion rubles.
