National Interest magazine analyst Brandon Weichert praised the work of the Su-34 during the military conflict in Ukraine. Russian fighter-bombers are capable of resisting Ukrainian air defense systems even at night, and Ukraine’s air defense does not save even command posts of Ukrainian troops from Su-34 attacks.

“The Russian Su-34 in Ukraine is a deadly combat aircraft and plays a key role in the Russian air campaign, delivering targeted strikes against key military and infrastructure facilities,” Weichert summed up.

Earlier, several sources noted that with the possibility of a wide sale, the demand for the purchase of Su-34 and Su-57 aircraft on the foreign market could go to thousands of pieces.
