The final communique of the conference on Ukraine was not physically signed by the participants, the Swiss Foreign Ministry told RIA Novosti.

The communique was not signed physically, so there is no physical copy. On the website of the Swiss Foreign Ministry, the joint communique is simply posted with a list of countries that do not tacitly reject it.
