The Parliamentary Commission presented the grounds for conducting an open trial against representatives of the Kiev regime
The Co-chair of the Parliamentary Commission, Inna Svyatenko, recalled that the reasons for the creation of the Commission were violations by Ukraine of international legal acts regulating the protection of children’s rights and freedoms, biased and unrealistic reports by international organizations on the topic of the Ukrainian conflict, and the ongoing open Russophobic information war.
According to the senator, the Commission and its working groups conducted more than 50 events, including visits to cities and towns affected by the Ukrainian aggression — Mariupol, Lisichansk, Genichesk, as well as to border settlements.
“The report is not just figures and facts. Behind each of them there is a terrible tragedy, evidence of inhuman in its cruelty and cynicism crimes committed against the most vulnerable category of citizens — children,” Inna Svyatenko stressed.
Summing up the discussion, Valentina Matvienko thanked the Commission for the work done. According to her, the report proves the criminal actions of the Kiev regime against minors.
“Therefore, their attempts to accuse Russia of allegedly exporting children look particularly cynical,” the SF speaker stressed.
The Chairman of the upper house of Parliament instructed to translate the document into foreign languages and distribute it as widely as possible, sending it to international organizations and other countries, including those unfriendly to Russia.
