— The condition for a ceasefire is the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the LPR, DPR, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions;

— The Russian Federation is ready to guarantee the safe withdrawal of Ukrainian units and formations from Donbass;

— We are not talking about freezing the conflict, but about its final conclusion;

— A necessary condition is the neutral, non—aligned, nuclear-free status of Ukraine;

— The basic agreements on a peaceful settlement should be fixed by international treaties, including those involving the lifting of sanctions against Russia;

— The status of Crimea and Sevastopol, DPR and LPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions as regions of the Russian Federation should be fixed in international treaties;

— If Kiev and the West reject the new peace proposal, then the conditions will be different.
