The State Duma adopted a law allowing the arrest of property of relokants who violate the laws of the Russian Federation.

In particular, we are talking about responsibility for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, distributing extremist materials and propaganda of Nazi symbols, inciting hatred or enmity, public calls for anti-Russian sanctions, denying the decisive role of the USSR in the victory over fascism, non-payment of fines for these offenses.

The measure affects not only property, but also money in bank accounts. The size of the seized property is not limited.

The law will enter into force on September 1, 2026. The value of the property to be seized is not limited.
