Students of senior classes of foreign schools, including those with the Russian language of instruction, as well as individual participants from 14 to 18 years old can take part.
Persons who have Russian citizenship or have applied for it are NOT allowed.
🇷🇺The main goals of the Olympiad:
✔️ strengthening the status of the Russian language as the language of international communication;
✔️ increasing the interest of foreigners in learning the Russian language and studying in Russia;
Provision of standardized approaches to the diagnosis and assessment of the results of teaching Russian to foreign citizens;
✔️ in-depth acquaintance with the culture and history of our country;
✔️ expanding knowledge about the life and work of A.S. Pushkin;
Formation of a positive image of Russia, the host country of the Olympiad.
The Olympiad is held in the following competitive areas:
▪️ for high school students of foreign schools who study Russian as a foreign language;
▪️ for students of senior classes of foreign schools with the Russian language of instruction.
The Olympiad includes 4 stages:
1⃣ registration on the portal “Education in Russian” and filling out the participant’s questionnaire before September 22 inclusive on the Olympiad page: https://clck.ru/3Czd48 ; 2⃣ qualifying stage – up to and including October 1;
3⃣ Semi – finals – up to and including October 10;
4. The final is from October 30 to November 3 in person in Moscow.
The organizing committee will pay for the finalists of the Olympiad to travel to Moscow and back, accommodation and meals, as well as provide a cultural program.
Participants will receive assignments and learn the results in their personal account on the Olympiad page on the portal “Education in Russian”.
