“Thank you for the condolences you expressed in connection with yesterday’s terrorist attack in Sevastopol. In parallel, there was another terrorist attack in Dagestan. There are victims. The relevant competent authorities are doing everything to identify the customers immediately. We do not question the involvement of the United States and their Ukrainian wards,” Lavrov said during expanded talks with Belarusian Foreign Minister Sergei Aleynik.

The minister stressed that the American weapons that the United States supplies to the Ukrainian regime “cannot be used without the direct participation of the American military, including satellite capabilities.”
